Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Have you been running a restaurant floor and feel ready for a bigger stage, kabayan? A well-loved hotel at one of Western Australia's iconic coastal spots, with Bunbury as the nearest city, is looking for a motivated Duty Manager to lead its busy dining room.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You would guide the front-of-house team, keep the kitchen and floor in step, and make every guest feel cared for, while also looking after stock, rosters and the day's takings. If you have managed service in hotels or restaurants, here or overseas, describe that experience carefully, because the employer wants proven restaurant leadership.

It is a full-time, permanent position, and you need to be available on evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. The hotel says sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.

A clear English CV that shows how long you have managed a restaurant and which certificates you hold will help you shine. Polish your hospitality CV with Build AI CV and send it with confidence.
