We work hard to keep PinoyAbroad helpful and honest. Even so, there are limits to what a website can do for you. Please read this page before acting on anything you find here.

1. What is the information on this site for?

Everything on PinoyAbroad, from job listings to articles, videos and visa guides, is general information. It is meant to help you understand your options and get started. It isn't written for your personal situation, and it may not cover every detail that matters to you.

Think of our pages as a friendly starting point, like tips from a kabayan who has been through the process. They can point you in the right direction. They can't replace checking the facts for yourself.

2. Is this migration or legal advice?

No. Nothing on this site is migration advice, legal advice or any other professional advice.

Both countries regulate who may give immigration help. In Australia, generally only registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners may give immigration assistance for a fee. In New Zealand, immigration advice generally has to come from a licensed immigration adviser, or from someone the law exempts.

If your case is complicated, or you're unsure which visa suits you, please speak to a properly registered or licensed professional.

3. Why should you double-check visa rules?

Visa rules, fees, occupation lists and salary thresholds change, sometimes with little notice. Our visa guides summarise official sources and show an "as of" date, so you can see how fresh the information is.

Always confirm the latest rules on the official websites before you apply or pay for anything:

If what you read there differs from what you read here, the official source wins.

4. Can we guarantee a job or a visa?

No. Employers decide who they hire, and governments decide who gets a visa. Seeing a job on PinoyAbroad, or applying for one, doesn't mean you will be interviewed, offered work or granted a visa.

Your skills, experience, English test results, health and character checks, and the employer's own needs all play a part. Many of these are outside anyone's control, including ours.

5. Where do job details and salaries come from?

Job listings, including salary figures, benefits and requirements, are shown as employers provided them. Employers can change these at any time, and a role may be filled before its closing date. We remove listings after they close, but we can't promise every detail is accurate or complete. Please confirm the important points with the employer before you accept an offer.

6. What about other people's content and links?

We link to and embed content from others, including government websites, YouTube videos and WhatsApp. We don't control those sites and can't vouch for what they say. Visiting them is your choice, and their own terms apply.

The other websites we link to, Build AI CV (buildaicv.com), Talent Tabloid (talenttabloid.com) and Skills Assessment Australia (rpldirect.com.au), have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Spotted something wrong?

Tell us! If a listing looks off or a guide seems out of date, email jobs@pinoyabroad.ph or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 283 2394. Your tip helps every kabayan who reads the page after you.
