Honest overseas jobs for Filipino workers
PinoyAbroad.ph helps Filipino workers find genuine employer-sponsored jobs in Australia and New Zealand, with plain-language visa guidance at every step.
Who we are
PinoyAbroad is run by Red Migration FZC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, that connects employers in Australia and New Zealand with skilled overseas workers. Our office is at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.
PinoyAbroad is the Red Migration FZC job platform written for Filipino workers. The jobs are open to any suitable overseas worker; the guides, examples and advice are written with Filipino workers in mind.
What this site does
- Sponsored job listings: roles in Australia and New Zealand from employers who are prepared to sponsor a work visa for the right candidate.
- Plain-language visa guides: how the Australian Skills in Demand (482) visa and the New Zealand Accredited Employer Work Visa work, from job offer to visa grant.
- News and videos: updates on sponsorship and visa rule changes, and short videos about working in both countries.
- WhatsApp alerts: new roles sent to you as soon as they are listed.
How it works for candidates
- Find a role. Browse current sponsored jobs and read the requirements carefully: experience, qualifications, licences and English.
- Apply. Send your CV and any trade certificates by email or WhatsApp from the job page.
- We review your application. We check it against the employer's requirements and pass suitable applications to the employer. If a role is not a good fit, we tell you plainly.
- Interview. Shortlisted candidates interview with the employer, usually by video call. Some roles also include a practical or trade test.
- Offer and sponsorship. If the employer offers you the job, they sponsor your work visa, and you prepare your own documents for the visa application.
- Visa and travel. Once the visa is granted, you travel and start work with your sponsor. Our guides explain each step along the way.
The kinds of roles we list
- Trades: welders, boilermakers, fitters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cabinet makers and machinists.
- Construction: formworkers, concreters, tilers, roofers, scaffolders and labourers.
- Automotive: motor mechanics, diesel and heavy-vehicle mechanics, panel beaters, spray painters and auto electricians.
- Hospitality: chefs, cooks, restaurant and venue managers, and front-of-house staff.
- Agriculture: farm hands, dairy and poultry workers, and farm managers.
- Hair & beauty: hairdressers, barbers and stylists.
- Healthcare & care: registered nurses, aged care and disability support workers.
- Professional roles: engineers, accountants, and HR and management roles.
Roles change all the time. See the jobs in Australia and jobs in New Zealand for what is open today.
Why employer sponsorship
For many Filipino workers the safest route abroad is a real job with an employer who is approved to sponsor your visa, rather than going overseas first and hoping to find work.
- A real job comes first. You move for a specific role with a specific employer, not on the hope of finding work after you arrive.
- The employer is checked. Sponsoring employers must be approved by the Australian or New Zealand government and must meet rules on pay and conditions for sponsored workers.
- Your family can often come too. Both visas usually let you include your partner and dependent children, subject to the visa rules.
- A possible long-term future. In some cases, sponsored work can lead to permanent residence, for example through Australia's Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186). Eligibility depends on the rules at the time.
Our vision
We picture a Filipino welder, chef, nurse or farm hand, kabayan, sitting at home in the Philippines and finding a real sponsored job in Australia or New Zealand without paying anyone for a promise, guessing at the rules or relying on rumours.
Our vision is a clear, honest path abroad for Filipino workers: genuine roles from employers prepared to sponsor a visa, visa steps explained in plain language, and enough information to make a good decision for yourself and your family before you sign anything.
Many OFWs have already built careers overseas the hard way. We want the next ones to arrive with a real job, a valid visa and a clear picture of their new life, and, where the rules allow, a way to bring their family and build a long-term future.
Our promise
- We only list roles where the employer is prepared to sponsor a visa.
- We tell you plainly when a role is not a good fit.
- We explain the visa rules in plain language and point you to the official government sources.
