Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These are the ground rules for using PinoyAbroad (pinoyabroad.ph). We wrote them to be read, not skimmed past. They explain what you can expect from us and what we ask from you in return.
1. Who are we, and what are you agreeing to?
PinoyAbroad is run by Red Migration FZC (Red Migration FZC), based at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is one of the company's job platforms. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean that company.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer also apply.
2. What does PinoyAbroad offer?
We help Filipino workers, and anyone else working overseas, find employer-sponsored jobs in Australia and New Zealand. On the site you will find:
- a job board with search and filters;
- visa guides that sum up official information in plain language;
- articles and videos about working abroad;
- links to our WhatsApp chat and our WhatsApp job alerts channel.
Browsing the site is free, and you don't need an account.
3. How may you use the site?
You're welcome to use PinoyAbroad for your own job search and to share our pages with friends and family. Please use it honestly and in line with the law where you live.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, for example to fix a bug or update content. We try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Some features only work if your browser allows them, and some content comes from outside services like YouTube. If one of those is blocked or down, parts of a page may not show. A different browser or a quick refresh often fixes it.
4. How accurate are the job listings?
Our listings come from employers through the network of Red Migration FZC. The details, including salary, hours and requirements, are shared as the employer gave them to us. Employers can change these details or fill a role without warning.
We take listings down once their closing date passes. Still, we can't guarantee that every detail on every listing is complete, current or correct. Please check the key points again before you make big decisions, like resigning from a job or booking travel.
5. How does applying work?
When you press Apply, you go to our contact page first; the email link there opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to jobs@pinoyabroad.ph. Nothing is submitted through our website. You can also ask questions through our WhatsApp chat.
Whatever you send is your choice and your responsibility. Please make sure:
- the information in your CV and messages is true and up to date;
- you have the right to share any documents you attach;
- you don't send someone else's details without their permission.
By applying for a role, you understand that we may share your application with the employer behind it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
If an employer later spots false details in your CV, they may reject you or withdraw an offer. Visa authorities also take false information very seriously. Honesty protects you.
6. Can we promise you a job or a visa?
We wish we could, but no. Employers make their own hiring choices. Visa decisions belong to government agencies such as the Australian Department of Home Affairs and Immigration New Zealand. Applying through PinoyAbroad doesn't guarantee an interview, a job offer, a visa or any particular result.
What we can do is read your application with care, pass it to the right employer, and answer your questions as clearly as we can. Please plan with that in mind. Keep your current job until you have a signed offer and a visa decision in hand.
7. What is not allowed?
To keep PinoyAbroad safe and useful for everyone, please don't:
- send false, misleading or copied information, or pretend to be someone else;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download our listings or content, by bot or otherwise;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, its server or its database;
- try to get into the staff admin area without permission;
- post or send anything unlawful, abusive, threatening or spammy to our team;
- use our content to run a rival job service or to mislead jobseekers.
If someone breaks these rules, we may block their access and, where needed, report it to the authorities.
8. Who owns the content?
The design, text, articles, visa guides, logos and the PinoyAbroad name belong to Red Migration FZC or to the people who licensed them to us. Job listings may also include material provided by employers.
You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please link back to us rather than copying whole pages. For anything else, ask us first.
9. What about WhatsApp, YouTube and other platforms?
Some features rely on services we don't run. Our chat and job alerts use WhatsApp. Our videos play through YouTube. Share buttons connect to WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn. We also link to government pages.
Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information.
The other websites we link to (Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and Skills Assessment Australia) have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them.
10. What are the limits of our responsibility?
We provide PinoyAbroad as it is, and as available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from:
- relying on a job listing, salary figure, article or visa guide;
- an employer's decisions, actions or offers;
- a visa refusal, delay or change in government rules;
- the site being down, slow or containing errors;
- outside services or websites we link to.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under laws that can't be excluded.
11. What if misuse causes a problem?
If you break these terms or the law while using PinoyAbroad, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.
12. Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute about them will go to the courts of Dubai. Before it gets that far, please talk to us. Most problems can be sorted out with a simple message.
13. Can these terms change?
Yes. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top will show when. If you keep using the site after an update, the new version applies to you.
14. Questions about these terms?
Email jobs@pinoyabroad.ph, call or WhatsApp +971 50 283 2394, or visit our contact page. We will do our best to reply quickly.
