Chef
Onshore applicants only
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia · Contract · $35.15 - $49.21/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
If you love the rush of a busy kitchen, this could be a good next step. A large, modern community club on the Sunshine Coast is hiring casual chefs, and the right person can look forward to around 35-40 hours a week.
The club is a lively place, with food and beverage outlets, an events and function centre and a sports bar, so no two shifts feel the same. You would stand beside the head chef to keep service running well, cook in line with the Food Safety Act and the club's food safety system, and take pride in serving food of the same high quality in every outlet. A bistro background will help you shine.
Everyone starts on a casual basis. After a trial period that works out well, the employer will consider sponsorship for the right applicant. Applicants need Australian work rights at the time of applying, kabayan.
Your years in commercial kitchens, including any time cooking abroad, deserve a clear place on your English CV, together with the bistro dishes you know best. Let Build AI CV help you prepare your chef CV and apply with confidence.
