The business has grown by consistent multiples every year and has an entrepreneurial spirit. You would take charge of financial control and day-to-day fund operations, guide the outsourced fund administrators, property accountants and tax advisers, and lead NAV, cashflow and financing reporting. Supporting compliance and building good working relationships with auditors, bankers and investment partners are also part of the job. Hybrid work is available.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of financial control and the funds' daily operations.
- Guide and review the outsourced teams handling fund administration, property accounting and tax.
- Lead the financial reporting cycle, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Assist with compliance while keeping in touch with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, and external Accountants, Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified accountant
- Funds or property sector experience relevant to the client, as an FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and spoken communication, plus a strong work ethic, initiative and a proactive, positive way of working
