Key Responsibilities
- Join the management team and help shape the culture, standards and rhythm of a brand-new restaurant
- Lead front of house with genuine warmth across the dining room, bar and private room, and look after the quality and provenance of the food and drinks that reach guests
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospitality management experience, either as a Restaurant Manager or as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Deep care for quality and provenance
