Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 12 months of relevant experience if you are trade qualified, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if you are not
- Experience working with budgets and helping with menu development in your area of expertise
- Happy to follow direction and committed to high standards
- Excited by a fast-paced hospitality setting, with a genuine love of food
- Eager to learn, develop and grow professionally
- A strong team player and communicator who puts guests first and takes pride in the craft, with the flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
