Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if you are not trade qualified
- Experience helping with budgets and menu development in your field
- You follow direction, keep high standards, enjoy fast-paced hospitality and have a genuine passion for food
- A wish to keep learning, developing and growing professionally
- Strong teamwork, clear communication, a guest-first heart, pride in your craft and flexibility for a rotating roster covering weekends and public holidays
