Visa sponsorship

Manufacturing · Hamilton, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

Kabayan, if you love seeing a well-built plan come together on the factory floor, this one is worth a look. A growing food manufacturer in Hamilton, working in the primary sector and exporting mostly to China and Southeast Asia, wants a planner to own its production schedule and connect operations with sales.

The timing matters, since the deer velvet peak season runs through to February/March and the new hire will need to get going quickly. It is full-time, 40 hours per week, with longer hours in peak, starting as soon as possible.

You will supervise one direct report, a first leadership step with real room to grow. The vacancy is open only to applicants already in New Zealand. The accredited employer is also happy to hear from people who need Accredited Employer Work Visa sponsorship, provided they are in the country at present and have New Zealand work experience.
