Key Responsibilities
- Provide caring, holistic personal care that respects every resident's culture, from showering and dressing to eating, mobility and communication
- Share in planning care and carry out therapy plans for residents with dementia
- Notice how residents are progressing, report on it, and speak up promptly about any change or concern
- Keep resident records correct and current, and lend a hand to the registered nurses within your scope of practice
