Automotive · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $35/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Kabayan, if your hands know engines inside out, here is a permanent full-time workshop job in Auckland, New Zealand, with a regular Monday to Friday week.
The employer is a vehicle compliance centre that inspects, services and repairs every type of vehicle, WOF inspections included. Your days would be spent stripping imported cars before their compliance inspection, servicing and repairing vehicles, collecting parts from suppliers and lending your teammates a hand. Everything gets logged too, from invoices and WOF inspections to your repair time, so being at ease with a computer will serve you well.
One important detail before you apply. The business is an accredited employer approved to sponsor migrant workers, yet this opening is an onshore role, and only applicants who already hold New Zealand citizenship or residency can apply.
If that describes you, let your CV tell the story of your workshop years, including any OFW stints in garages abroad, the vehicles you know well and your safety habits. Create a polished mechanic CV with Build AI CV and send it in with confidence.
