Kabayan, if you are already living in Australia with work rights and you have led a busy kitchen, this senior role in regional Western Australia could be your next step.
A hospitality group with two established hotels south of Perth, open all year, wants an experienced chef to take ownership of one of its kitchens. The cooking is elevated modern Australian pub dining with Italian-inspired dishes and fresh local produce. You may be offered the Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef title, depending on your experience, skills and career goals.
Management gives initial training and support before you gradually take on more, with a real voice in menus. The job is full-time and salaried, based on 38 ordinary hours a week plus reasonable extra hours where applicable. Future employer sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates, subject to eligibility, business requirements and immigration regulations, and the group already supports more than 10 staff this way.
