Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
If Italian and Mediterranean cooking is where you shine, here is a Chef opening in Sydney worth a careful look. A premier dining and nightlife venue is hiring for a permanent full-time place on its line, in a kitchen that feeds a high-end restaurant, a terrace cocktail bar under the open sky and a lounge that keeps going late.
Expect plates designed for sharing, from crudo and fritto misto to wagyu cuts, all built on premium Australian produce. Weekend brunch, private functions and big catered events sit alongside the dinner rush, so a steady head helps. For qualified candidates who satisfy all Home Affairs requirements, the employer says sponsoring opportunities (TSS 482) may be considered. Send your application by 8 November 2026.
Give yourself a fair shot with an English CV that tells your kitchen story clearly, including your cookery certificate, the cuisines you know and the volume you have handled. You can polish a share-plates chef CV on Build AI CV before you apply.
