Chef

Hospitality · Panania, Sydney NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview

Have you been running a kitchen section for a few years and feel ready for the next step? A busy hospitality kitchen in Panania, Sydney is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to look after a section within its established team.

This employer cares about proof, not just a job title. Your qualifications, work history and hands-on cooking ability should all be things you can show and have checked. Day to day, you will own your section, keep food and plating standards steady when service gets busy, and work hand in hand with the senior chefs and the rest of the hospitality crew.

In return, you get a structured 38-hour week, a modern kitchen and room to grow your career. If you built your commercial kitchen background in the Philippines, the Middle East or elsewhere, this is a chance to put it to work.
