Next to its surgical ward, the hospital runs inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs with a long track record. Here you would tailor clinical care to each patient, keep careful records that meet regulatory standards, stay in close touch with doctors, allied health colleagues, patients and their families, and take the lead when the ward needs it.
