Visa sponsorship
Automotive · Hamilton, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Kabayan, if you have spent years keeping trucks and heavy equipment moving, this could be your next step. A well-established transport company in Hamilton, New Zealand, is looking for a full-time Mechanic for its onsite workshop, in a permanent role with a down-to-earth, hands-on team.
The workshop exists to keep the company's own trucks, trailers and equipment road-ready, safe and dependable. Your days would include scheduled servicing and repairs, tracing mechanical faults, inspecting vehicles for maintenance needs and handling basic automotive electrical work. Doing things safely, keeping standards high and keeping the workshop tidy all count.
There is encouraging news for visa planning too, because the company is an approved accredited employer with Immigration New Zealand and can sponsor workers through the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV).
Overseas experience, including OFW work, is worth showing clearly. Prepare an English CV that lists the fleet vehicles and engines you have maintained and any mechanic certificate you hold, then shape your truck mechanic CV in Build AI CV.
