Key Responsibilities
- Take full charge of how the kitchen runs
- Lead and look after the kitchen team
- Complete the launch menu and keep growing it, from grilled steaks to seafood and sauces made from scratch
- Bring in new kitchen staff, train them well and inspire them to do their best
- Handle ordering, food costs and prep systems, and keep good relationships with suppliers
- Make sure every service is high in quality, consistent and efficient
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience as a proven Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, gained over 5+ years in fast-paced venues
- A heart for cooking and a passion for premium local ingredients
- Leadership that motivates and mentors people and builds team culture, plus strong financial and operational acumen
- Ready to start immediately and take on a ground-up build
