You would be the person in charge on shift, guiding the bar and front-of-house crew, looking after guests, and making sure the till, stock and lock-up are all in order. Rosters, staff performance and the venue's events and promotions are part of it too.
The employer is after someone motivated and professional with at least 3 years in a busy pub, tavern, bar or similar venue. The job is full-time and long-term, and subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily bar and venue operations
- Guide, supervise and train the bar and front-of-house crew
- Look after guests and keep service standards excellent
- Handle stock control, ordering and inventory
- Take care of cash management and the opening and closing routine
- Follow RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements at all times
- Pitch in with rosters, staff performance, cost control, functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous work in a busy pub or tavern environment
- Current RSA certificate and WA Approved Manager accreditation (or willingness to obtain it)
- Ready to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working independently
