Care Partner / Case Manager
Visa sponsorship
Community Services · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $95,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Kabayan, if you have spent years caring for older people and feel ready to move into a coordinating role, this opening in Sydney deserves a look. A home-based aged care provider, supporting older Australians in their own homes through the Support at Home program, is searching for a caring and experienced Care Partner / Case Manager.
You would join a close-knit team where people look out for each other. Your days revolve around clients: leading the coordination of their care, managing their individual support plans and making sound calls on your own, since the team works without layers of management. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidates.
Let your English CV tell the story of your caregiving journey, from the assessments you have done to the care plans you have reviewed and the carers you have guided. Polish your aged care CV with Build AI CV so it is ready to send.
