Key Responsibilities
- Visit client workplaces often to keep a steady presence
- Handle large client job orders and fill them on time
- Prepare rosters for casual workers based on each client's needs
- Care for client accounts with proactive communication and quality service
- Look after workers from on-boarding to performance management and terminations
- Help employees with payroll concerns and work health and safety (WHS) matters
- Keep warm, strong relationships with clients and casual employees, adding to a positive, collaborative team spirit
- Do the admin tasks that support daily work
Requirements & Eligibility
- Sales or customer relationship management experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Confident and friendly when speaking on the phone
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach when solving problems
- Computer literate and proficient with relevant systems
- Ready to thrive in a small, highly efficient team, with a valid driver's licence and reliable transport
