An Australian food and agribusiness with a history of more than 100 years, and operations in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, is hiring a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You would report to the Human Resources Group Manager.
The heart of the job is helping the company bring the right people on board. You would coordinate recruitment, mobilisation and onboarding for both local and international employees, and be the friendly, reliable contact for hiring managers, candidates and colleagues. Sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after the whole recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and screening applicants to arranging interviews and making offers
- Support new hires through mobilisation, including visa coordination, documents and onboarding
- Help with travel and moving arrangements and keep in touch with migration providers on visa matters
- Keep recruitment records and systems accurate so compliance and reporting stay on track
- Work closely with hiring managers on what their teams need, and give candidates, employees and colleagues a high level of service
- Make sure recruitment and mobilisation follow company policy, the law and best practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- Background in recruitment coordination, mobilisation, HR administration or similar work
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation
- Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused way of looking after the candidate experience
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems and compliance requirements
