Skilled with timber and proud of a clean finish? A premium bespoke joinery business in the south of New Zealand's South Island, near Queenstown, wants an experienced Joiner for its workshop. The company has served clients there for more than 30 years and is hiring after a recent retirement.
Much of your time would go into crafting high-end household cabinetry and other joinery, guided by technical drawings and documents. You would plan each job, sort out issues before they cause delays, and help with some installation when pieces are ready. The work is full-time and permanent, at 40-44 hours a week.
The company asks for a trade qualification covering kitchen cabinetry at the least, or three years of proven joinery-associated experience. As an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) employer, it can sponsor the right international candidates into permanent employment in New Zealand.
