Kabayan, if your hands know stone, this Sydney opening deserves a look. An established stone manufacturing business needs an experienced Stonemason / Stone Fabricator to shape natural and engineered stone into kitchen benchtops and other pieces. Its whole operation is 100% wet-processing, using water-fed fabrication.
The role is full-time and permanent, built for the long term, with an immediate start. You would work 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 4:00pm on Fridays, with overtime and Saturday work available if you want more hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate natural and manufactured stone into kitchen benchtops and other stone applications
- Cut, shape, polish and finish each piece
- Laminate and mitre edges, making high-quality mitred joins and finished edges
- Read and follow plans, drawings and measurements
- Work accurately and efficiently in a busy production team with a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Follow the company's systems and workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in both stonemasonry and stone fabrication, working with natural and manufactured stone
- Confident with laminating, mitring, polishing and finishing
- Able to read and interpret plans and drawings, with consistently high-quality finishes
- Works independently and as part of a team
- Pays strong attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
- Reliable and hardworking, efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of doing what the role requires
- Current driver's licence
- Has a White Card or is willing to obtain one
- Forklift licence is desirable and advantageous, though not essential
- Preferred: 3+ years' relevant industry experience; applicants who are suitably skilled with less experience will also be considered
