The work covers all kinds of vehicle refinishing, from small repairs right up to bigger restoration and accident-damage jobs, so you will need the confidence to handle each one well.

Key Responsibilities
- Check each surface and decide what preparation it needs
- Get panels and vehicle surfaces ready for refinishing, including sanding, masking and priming
- Mix automotive paint and clear coats and spray them on
- Handle paint repairs, big and small
- Match colours accurately and keep every finish consistent
- Use automotive spray painting equipment safely
- Work with Glasurit paint products and systems
- Inspect finished jobs for defects or imperfections and fix any finishing issues
- Keep the workshop and equipment clean and in good order
- Work hand in hand with the rest of the repair team
Requirements & Eligibility
- A qualified Automotive Spray Painter
- Hands-on experience working in the vehicle repair industry
- Able to handle small and large-scale repairs competently
- Solid understanding of automotive refinishing techniques
- Has used professional paint systems
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
- A positive, professional attitude and works well in a team
- Flexible when the workshop's needs change
- Reliable and takes personal responsibility
- Sponsorship is available for suitable overseas applicants
