Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support the kitchen crew during rush periods
- Help the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the daily running of the kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility
- Solid experience in a busy, high-volume café or a similar kitchen
- Previous work as a Sous Chef, senior chef or supervisor
- Confident in leading a team and handling a busy service
- Well organised with good communication skills
- Reliable, calm under pressure, ready to take ownership and happy to work hands-on with the team
- A strong understanding of food quality and consistency
- Available to work 5 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday
