In this job you look after the whole care service. You shape support plans around each client, encourage and guide your support workers, and keep everything in line with NDIS rules and government standards. Families will rely on you, and so will the health professionals you work beside.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after the coordination and management of care for clients with disability
- Shape person-centred support plans and keep them current with families and health professionals
- Encourage, guide and train your support workers so they can meet complex client needs
- Keep the service aligned with NDIS regulations and government standards
- Handle client funds and service delivery with care
- Write thorough documentation and assessments for everyone you support
- Build warm, strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
- Make sure the team always has the resources it needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in disability care, ideally with the NDIS framework, and/or in aged care
- Strong leadership and skill in managing people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including with people from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to high-quality clinical care and compliance
- Understanding of the NDIS plus experience with clients who have complex needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (current) and Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) and a valid driver's licence
