Key Responsibilities
- Talk with clients about what they want and suggest services that suit them
- Deliver top-quality cuts, colours and styling
- Create personalised looks while keeping technical standards excellent
- Give every client a professional and memorable experience, building strong relationships with new and returning clients
- Use professional haircare products, tools and equipment with confidence
- Stay up to date with new hair trends, techniques and industry practices
- Keep the salon presentable and hygienic at a consistently high standard
- Recommend suitable professional products and services
- Work as a team with fellow stylists and salon staff, sharing knowledge and guiding junior members
- Take part in training, workshops and ongoing professional development
- Help create a positive, productive, client-focused salon culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Recognised hairdressing qualification
- Proven experience as a Senior Stylist or in an equivalent senior-level role, with strong practical cutting, colouring and styling skills
- A demonstrated history of employment in professional salons
- Able to provide evidence of your relevant qualifications and industry experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional approach to client service, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Passion for hairdressing and a commitment to high-quality results
- Willing to mentor and support developing stylists, and committed to ongoing learning and skills development
- International candidates with relevant qualifications and verifiable experience are encouraged to apply
