Key Responsibilities
- Look after residents with safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Do resident assessments, prepare care plans and complete clinical documentation
- Give medications and keep an eye on each resident's health
- Team up with multidisciplinary colleagues, residents and families, and guide care team members
- Help the home keep improving the quality of care
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- If your experience is overseas only, it must be within the last 5 years
- Australian experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Commitment to person-centred, high-quality care and willingness to work in regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA or WA
- Highly regarded: residential aged care work, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, experience leading clinical teams
