The employer is hiring onshore, so applicants need to be living in Australia right now and hold current AHPRA registration. For eligible candidates who meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements, sponsorship is offered on the 482 or 494 visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after residents' nursing care from assessment to planning, delivery and review
- Give medications and keep an eye on each resident's health and wellbeing
- Join the multidisciplinary team in creating care plans made for each person
- Guide and encourage the nursing team
- Respect all legislation, regulations and organisational policies
- Keep residents, families and co-workers informed with kind, clear communication
- Help keep the home friendly and focused on person-centred care
- Put those care plans into action every day
Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- You currently reside in Australia (essential)
- Significant experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting, for a minimum of 1 year
- Strong clinical skills with the diverse health needs of older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate approach centred on each person, plus commitment to ongoing professional development
