A Perth healthcare company, owned in Western Australia, wants experienced Registered Nurses to join its team permanently and full-time. Your week could include visiting clients where they live, community nursing rounds, caring for veterans under DVA services, and covering shifts in aged care facilities or hospitals.
You would be guided by the Clinical Care Manager and rostered at different sites around the city, including the CBD and neighbourhoods north and south of the river. The good news for qualified applicants is that the company is open to visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Look closely at each patient's needs and plan their nursing care according to accepted nursing practice and standards
- Put the care into action and evaluate the outcome
- Coordinate patient care with your healthcare team after consulting other health professionals
- Provide therapies, medications and treatments as the care plans direct, monitoring them along the way
- Guide health promotion activities, share in patient education, and supervise and coordinate Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers
- Keep healthcare records and documentation accurate
- Make sure care complies with current clinical standards in aged care, hospitals, community nursing and home care, respect Work Health and Safety legislation, maintain infection control standards and promptly report hazards and incidents
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current AHPRA registration
- A nursing qualification that is relevant for a Registered Nurse
- Experience in home care as well as community nursing, with minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- Current National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Infection Control certificate, plus current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- Driver's licence that is valid
