Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and personal care in each client's home, keeping their safety, dignity and well-being first
- Keep documentation and care plans accurate and current
- Communicate well with clients, their families and the healthcare team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence, together with a reliable vehicle
- Current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration (when applicable)
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus computer literacy (comfortable with digital systems for care notes and communication)
- Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential
