Key Responsibilities
- Care for clients in their homes, giving both clinical and personal support
- Keep documentation and care plans accurate
- Stay in touch with clients and families through clear communication
- Coordinate with healthcare teams
- Look after each client's safety, dignity and wellbeing every time you visit
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence, together with a reliable vehicle
- Nursing registration (for the Registered and Enrolled Nurse roles)
- First aid and CPR certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy for digital care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred, but it is not essential
