Key Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical assessments for residents and shape a care plan for each person
- Give medications and wound care, and keep documentation accurate
- Keep a close eye on residents' health and step in when their needs change
- Care for residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing as part of a multidisciplinary team, advocating for them and for safe care and good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration that is current
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Experience in community aged care from a past role
- Strong skills in clinical assessment
- Strong care planning skills
- Excellent skills in communication and in building good relationships with people (interpersonal skills)
- Current Australian driver's licence
- The right to work in Australia (Australian working rights)
