If home visits are where you do your best nursing, this permanent Darwin role could be a good next chapter. A community care provider in the Northern Territory is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to look after aged care clients at home and to support NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities
- Care for aged care clients and NDIS participants through clinical nursing in their homes
- Complete clinical assessments and create and review care plans
- Support clients with their medication and keep an eye on health changes
- Keep careful clinical documentation
- Work closely with clients, families, carers and health professionals, encouraging choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in working independently within a community setting
- A compassionate nature and commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Willingness to move to the Northern Territory
