Key Responsibilities
- Look after residents with quality clinical care based on their care plans
- Keep an eye on each resident's health and respond quickly when things change
- Give medications and keep clinical records neat and accurate
- Encourage and guide the care staff to maintain high standards, while staying in close touch with residents, families and the healthcare team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration to practise as a Registered Nurse
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- A warm, compassionate approach that focuses on residents
