Each day you will help run the kitchen, turning out quality pizzas while keeping preparation efficient, food handling safe and service standards steady.

Key Responsibilities
- Make the dough, sauces, toppings and other pizza ingredients ready for service
- Prepare and cook pizzas following the set recipes and quality standards, with consistent technique and presentation
- Operate the commercial pizza ovens safely and keep cooking temperatures right
- Stay on top of prep work before and during service
- Keep pizzas consistent and high quality even during the busiest periods
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures, keeping the pizza station clean, organised and service-ready
- Watch portion sizes closely and avoid unnecessary food waste
- Coordinate service with the chefs and kitchen staff, communicating professionally as a team player throughout
- Handle dietary requirements and special requests the right way
- Lend a hand with general kitchen duties when needed
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience working as a Pizza Chef or in a similar commercial kitchen role, with proven hands-on skill in making and cooking pizzas
- Strong knowledge of preparing dough, toppings and sauces and of producing pizzas
- Experience with commercial pizza ovens, including wood-fired or gas-fired equipment
- A good understanding of Australian-style hygiene and food safety expectations
- Able to keep food quality consistent under pressure, with strong attention to detail and presentation
- Able to work well within a professional kitchen team, with a reliable, flexible and professional attitude
- Able to give genuine evidence of your relevant employment and industry experience
- Hospitality or food-handling qualifications that are relevant are advantageous
- You must satisfy applicable visa sponsorship requirements where relevant
