The kitchen works the classic way: bases stretched by hand, pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, and dough that is prepared and fermented in-house. During the rush you will look after the whole pizza section, keeping each pizza consistent in cooking, quality and presentation. The team wants someone dependable, organised and passionate about Italian food. Sponsorship is available for the right candidates, and this is a long-term role with room to grow into senior or management work.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ background as a Pizza Chef
- Strong skills in Italian-style pizza
- Confident with hand-stretched dough and experienced using a wood-fired oven
- Good knowledge of how dough is prepared and fermented
- Able to manage the pizza section with confidence in a busy service and stay consistent with quality, cooking and presentation
- Reliable, organised and passionate about Italian food, and comfortable in a busy restaurant
