Key Responsibilities
- Look after the pasta section during busy service, keeping it organised and efficient

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ work experience as a Pasta Chef
- Strong fresh pasta experience
- Strong experience across Italian cuisine
- Confident in making traditional Italian sauces as well as pasta dishes
- Good understanding of the techniques of Italian cooking
- Keeps a high level of attention on presentation, consistency and quality
- Able to handle the pasta section efficiently on busy services
- Reliable and organised, with a passion for Italian food and happy working in a busy restaurant environment
