Mechanic

Trade · Perth Airport, Perth WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview

Your years on the tools deserve to be recognised for more than the job title written on your CV. Whether you have been fixing vehicles in the Middle East, back home in the Philippines or elsewhere, this Mechanic role looks at what you can really do.

  • Finish every repair to the required safety and quality standards
  • Keep service and maintenance records clear and accurate, and report finished jobs, faults and any extra repairs needed
  • Work on your own while keeping in good contact with the wider team, and lend a hand to co-workers during breakdowns, servicing and repairs
  • Keep tools and equipment safe and in good working order
  • Follow workplace, operational and aviation-specific safety procedures
  • Be a professional face of the organisation with clients and site staff
