Key Responsibilities
- Care for clients in their homes, both personal and clinical care
- Keep care plans and records neat and correct
- Stay in good contact with clients, their loved ones and the healthcare team
- Make every visit safe, respectful and good for the client's well-being
- Take on different shifts, active nights included
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence, with a reliable vehicle
- Current National Criminal History Check and First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Nursing Registration (only if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, being confident with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Nursing or home care experience (preferred but not essential)
