Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at check-in and see them off at check-out
- Take guest calls
- Reply to guest emails and help walk-in visitors with their questions
- Go the extra mile so guests enjoy their holiday
- Assist with reservations from online booking sites
- Lend a hand with cleaning
- Help with maintenance and the general look of the park
- Make sure rooms, cabins, campsites and facilities are guest-ready
- Assist with running the swimming pool and hot pools
- Work with teammates to coordinate daily tasks
- Help with basic admin and office duties
- Learn the basics of occupancy, pricing and online booking management
Requirements & Eligibility
- Reliable and responsible in your work
- Friendly and confident with guests, and a good communicator
- Eager to learn
- Organised, able to juggle different tasks, and practical and willing to pitch in
- Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
- Able to stay calm and positive in busy times, with an interest in a long-term career in hospitality and tourism
- Good English communication skills are a must
