Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional cuts, styling and colour
- Do balayage, creative colour, colour correction and corrective colour treatments
- Talk with each client about their hair needs and create colour and styles made just for them
- Keep quality and technical standards consistent
- Give clients attentive, professional service
- Work together with the other salon professionals
- Join ongoing technical training and education, and stay up to date with new hair trends and industry techniques
- Take part in creative projects, events and salon activities
- Keep the salon clean, organised and professional
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of hairdressing experience at a professional level
- Experience in a premium or high-end salon
- Proven technical skill in balayage and creative colour, plus experience doing colour correction work
- Strong cutting and styling skills
- Confident consulting with clients and professional in the way you serve them
- Good communication and people skills, and able to work well within a professional team
- A creative mind and an eye for detail
- Keen to keep developing your technical expertise
- Able to provide evidence of your professional experience and skills
- Sponsorship is available for the right candidate
