You will set the operational standards, shape the team culture and help create a property where guests have exceptional stays. Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the property's operation and make sure the business performs well
- Lead the launch and operational setup of the new property, building reliable systems, processes and service standards from day one
- Develop, coach and support your department leaders so they reach their operational goals
- Build a team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration and excellent service
- Make sure every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience for their whole stay
- Oversee accommodation, guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance
- Keep track of financial performance, including revenue, labour efficiency and operating costs
- Use data and operational insights to lift performance and guest satisfaction
- Spot challenges early and put practical solutions in place
- Keep communication strong between every department so operations run smoothly
- Support staff engagement, training and professional development
- Live out the property's values through strong leadership and warm guest interactions
- Push for continuous improvement while keeping operations consistent
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven senior-level experience running hospitality, accommodation or lifestyle-focused properties
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-department teams and handle operational complexity, backed by a strong hospitality leadership background with measurable business outcomes
- Experience developing teams, processes and service standards in a fast-changing environment
- Able to balance hands-on leadership with strategic business planning
- Understanding of accommodation operations, guest experience management and what drives profitability
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, labour management and cost control
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams, plus confident, practical decision-making when operational challenges come up
- Food and beverage leadership experience is highly regarded
- A passion for hospitality, travel, people and creating memorable experiences
