Fitter / Turner and Welder

Visa sponsorship

Trade · Christchurch, New Zealand · Full-Time · $36 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Kabayan, if your hands know both the lathe and the welding torch, this Christchurch opening deserves a look. A New Zealand business set up in 2017 builds, refurbishes and services cranes and lifting equipment nationwide, and it is adding a full-time Fitter / Turner and Welder to its close-knit workshop team, with support for its field servicing work.

If you have spent years overseas keeping heavy machinery running, you will understand the high workmanship standard, honest customer care and can-do spirit this team expects. You need the legal right to work in New Zealand or the willingness to undergo the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) process, the employer-sponsored work visa.

Get your English CV ready first, showing your trade certificate, your years in heavy engineering and the cranes or hydraulic systems you have worked on. You can let Build AI CV help you prepare a crane technician CV and send it through PinoyAbroad.
