Caring hands are what this Perth role is about. As an Enrolled Nurse you would be the one beside the patient, helping with hygiene, giving medications and noticing how each person responds, while a Registered Nurse supervises and supports your practice.
The team belongs to a healthcare company owned in Western Australia. It looks after clients at home and in the community, serves veterans through DVA services, and sends nurses to residential aged care facilities and hospitals. Your roster may take you to the CBD or to areas north and south of the river, and the Clinical Care Manager is the person you report to. These are permanent full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and carry out nursing care with the guidance and supervision of an RN
- Administer medications with care and observe how patients respond to their treatment
- Lend a hand in coordinating and evaluating the care each patient receives
- Share in health promotion and health education activities
- Give patients direct care, including gentle help with personal hygiene, and support RNs during clinical procedures and patient assessments
- Keep your clinical documentation accurate
- Respect Work Health and Safety legislation, maintain infection control standards and promptly report hazards and incidents
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current AHPRA registration
- A nursing qualification that is relevant for an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in home care as well as community nursing, with minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- Current National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Infection Control certificate, plus current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- Driver's licence that is valid
