The pub trades well across its bar, gaming room, sport, events and guest rooms. It is part of a larger hotel group that focuses on strong governance, clear standards and developing its leaders, so there is potential to progress within the group. The role suits an experienced Duty Manager or a senior supervisor ready to take on broader leadership. Sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead each shift across bar, gaming, functions and guest rooms
- Take care of opening, closing, cash handling and shift reports
- Lend a hand with functions, events and in-venue promotions, as well as local marketing
- Help with ordering, stock control and dealing with suppliers
- Contribute to rosters that keep labour efficient
- Help the venue stay compliant with RSA, RCG, gaming, WHS and food safety rules
- Coach and grow your team while keeping service standards and the guest experience strong
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year's experience as a Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Experience working with gaming, TAB and KENO
- Current RCG, ARCG and RSA
- A strong leadership presence, strong communication skills and a calm, organised, solutions-focused manner
- Comfortable keeping service, people and compliance in balance
- Back-of-house experience is highly regarded; experience in functions, guest rooms, inventory, rostering, compliance reporting and local marketing is favourable
