Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA nursing registration
- A current practising certificate
- Experience in aged care
- Strong clinical nursing knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) as well as the aged care accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong leadership and a team-working attitude
- Excellent time management and organisation
- A heart for resident-centred care, dignity and privacy
- A high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Flexibility to adapt when circumstances change while working effectively in a team
