You would cook hearty pub favourites and fresh dishes made from scratch, for the bistro as well as functions and events. It is hands-on and fast, and teamwork keeps it running smoothly.
There is potential to stay on. Someone who fits in well may move into a permanent full-time role, and sponsorship may be considered after 6 months of employment, subject to eligibility, performance, business requirements and approval.

Key Responsibilities
- Help cook and plate meals for busy lunch and dinner services
- Prepare food for both the bistro and the functions area, keeping it consistent and well made
- Work as part of a hands-on team in a lively pub kitchen
- Support your kitchen mates whenever service picks up
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial kitchen work experience from previous roles
- Trade qualifications are preferred
- Good knowledge of kitchen standards and food safety
- Willing to work a flexible roster that includes weekends
- Reliable, positive, a good team player and comfortable working a busy service
