Key Responsibilities
- Get all preparation and mise en place done before service starts
- Run the designated hot section from the start to the finish of service, keeping it clean, organised and ready
- Cook pasta dishes to the same professional standard every time
- Make sure every plate is consistent in quality, presentation and portion size
- Stay calm and effective during fast-paced, high-volume periods
- Team up with senior chefs to keep kitchen standards high
- Help junior team members with guidance and practical support
- Share ideas for new dishes, better preparation methods and menu improvements
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures, and help keep the kitchen cooperative and professional
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional background as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Solid hands-on experience preparing and serving pasta
- Can run a busy kitchen section independently and keep standards consistent when service is busy
- Practical skills and a work history that can be verified
- Strong knowledge of how professional kitchens operate
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated, with strong communication and teamwork skills
- A professional attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
- Able to meet the relevant visa and sponsorship requirements
